I ordered the book above to Croatia and received it within 3 weeks. That includes mumbo jumbo with croatian post-office & customs, I presume it moves way faster in other countries. 

I had this book in beautiful hardcover, but gave it away somewhere along my travels. Now I have this paperback, and I am happy with it, mostly because it was way cheap i.e.. affordable 

The book is full of interesting quotations which take half the space. Most of them are inter-related in such a way that suggest work of thousand hands rather than one mans efford. 
This is to say that book is, even though easy to read, very demanding but rewarding as well. Hurry up buy it.
