Basicly animated gif is a sequence of picutres in gif format.
That means when you have created a slide of pics just put them in Gif Animator and it'll do the rest.
Now creating pics I leave to your imagination, but putting them together is what is this tutorial about.
Assuming that you know how to create pics with same resolution and in gif format we'll proceed.

Step1.    Open Gif Animator and start animation wizard, follow instructions,
They are so simple that even total creeps can get through them.
Click "Add image" and select your images.
Step2.    Set delay time.It means how long time will expire before next image is shown.
Step3.    You have assembled rough animation, click "Preview" to see it.
From now on you must experiment  with program and learn how to use it,no big deal at all.
Step4.    Reducing size of animation.Well before some time the only way was to do it manualy.
But now just start "optimation wizard" > Click "File" and choose it from  menu.
Number of colors  - reducing their number will really reduce size.
               Don't go under 64.
But this way you lower image quality,so practice with them.
Choose between text or photo oriented (step1).
Step5.    Answer yes on both questions (but read what they say).
Click "Finish" and you're done.Save your work.
Open browser load image and admire your work.

Of course you'll have to practice, read program documentation, bla, bla.
This was just to get you started. Here are three pics, download them and run them in animator.
Follow above steps and try to get the same result as I did.
Things to say about Gif Animator. Its one of the best around and my favourite one.
At first looks complicated but later...
Anyway it has built in special effects and transtions to spice up your animations.
Finaly its easy to learn and if you use it the right way you may not need tutorials like this one.
If you wonder how I made these animations buy After Effects.Sunny side up

make it like this one mail me for some reason
Same resolution keep them small not to many pic Let's see if it works

Well thats it,more to come, mail me if you get stucked...  Click reload if images aren't loading.

Now this anims were made with little help of program called
Adobe After Effects but don't wory eventualy you'll do better
than this. You see you must always think of the background
color of your page so they match with anims.I didn't.
O.k. maybe  because they were done before this page.
